2008 RIESLING: Grown at Wyanga Park, this very pale gold, medium dry wine has a delicate green apple nose, delicious lime and apricot flavours, and a refreshingly long finish. Perfect with local fish.

2008 TRAMINER RIESLING: - This medium, sweet Estate grown blend of Traminer and Riesling has a floral nose and ripe apple and pear flavours. Local seafood and this wine match nicely.

2008 “The Corque” CHARDONNAY: - Made by Buller Wines at Beverford, near Swan Hill in North East Victoria, this pale, straw gold wine has peach and melon aromas and flavours with vanillin oak and a juicy pineapple acidity

Reds

2005 CABERNET SAUVIGNON: Grown on the winery property, just 200 metres from the cellar door, this very dark, black cherry coloured wine has aromas and flavours of blackcurrants, crab apples and tobacco. It is strong and dry and would be ideal with slowly cooked game dishes. Age 4 to 5 years.

2005 SHIRAZ CABERNET: Grown at Kalimna, this dark, dry, bold blend has aromas of the sub-continent and flavours of heavy spice and cherries. It has a rich, broad finish and would suit our Beef and Port pie. Age to 2014.

WYANGA PORT: - From North Eastern Victoria, a fruity sweet Port with a rich colour and flavour.

WYANGA MUSCAT: - Also from North Eastern Victoria, this Muscat has a strong raisin nose with an intense flavour and excellent length. Try serving it directly from the freezer. This changes it into a summer wine and it is lovely served with sticky date pudding or chocolate mudcake.
